We do! Online sessions are secure, flexible, and just as effective for most people, especially if you prefer meeting from the comfort of your home.
When possible, we request that clients meet in person for the first 4 sessions before transitioning to telehealth. -
Maeva does accept some insurance plans. We are currently credentialed with Aetna, Cigna, and Ascension. Each clients copay is determined by their specific health plan.
For other providers that we do not bill directly, we can provide assistance in helping you seek out of network benefits and reimbursements. Please feel free to ask more about this process.
We accept private payments for those clients who elect not to use insurance or use other insurance providers. The session fee is $150 for individuals and $175 for couples and is due at the completion of the session. -
I'll meet you at your scheduled time. In our first session, we'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, your goals, and how we can work together to achieve them.
You can ask any questions about the therapy process during a free 15-minute consultation (over the phone or via email), in our first meeting, or anytime during your treatment.
Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes. For couples, sessions are also 50 minutes. Intensives and longer sessions available on a limited basis by request.

The foundation of my practice rests on the principles of equity, advocacy, and justice, while remaining committed to anti-racist and anti-oppression practices. My practice is LGBTQ+ celebratory and welcoming of all identities and expressions.

I can work with women across Tennessee, but prefer to keep my work local to my community. I am currently not licensed to practice in any other state.. but stay tuned!
